Spanish Ink will deliver your order in person in the areas where we offer free delivery. (see the deliveries section for a list of these towns)

Across all other areas, delivery will normally be made using the Correos or Spanish Post Office. Depending on where you live and how the Correos normally deliver parcels in your area, your order will either be deliver directly to you or you will receive a card and be asked to go to the Correos to collect it. From experience, delivery normally takes about 2 working days.

There is an option to pay by cash on delivery. If you would prefer to pay by bank transfer, please place your order opting for "cash on delivery" and then send us an email letting us know. We will then email you our bank details for you to make a transfer. If you don´t do this, we will assume that you want to pay cash on delivery. This normally means that the order will be sent using the Correos by Contra-reembolso and the postman will leave a card asking you to go to the post office to pay for your order and collect it.

When we post your order, we will also let you have the tracking number so you can check the progress of your parcel on the Correos website.
