We make every possible effort to ensure our customers are happy – that is why they keep coming back! On the extremely rare occasion that there is a problem with one of our products, please contact us to receive a returns authorisation number before sending items back to us. Your items must arrive within 15 days of the original purchase date to qualify.
If you have received faulty goods, you will be asked to return them to us and will either be given a full refund or replacement goods – the choice is yours. If you have ordered the wrong cartridge for your printer in error, you will be responsible for the postage costs to return your items and there will be a restocking/admin fee deducted to cover our costs. Refund will only be made if the cartridges are received in saleable condition. All refunds are at the discretion of the management.
Please ensure that you do not remove the cartridge from the box or any labels from the cartridge has as this will effect your guarantee.
